Data Storage
Website forms are hosted via Lovable. Submitted information is stored securely and accessed only by NERVA.
Data Retention
General enquiry data is kept for 1 year after the last interaction, then deleted. Booking and session records, including signed waivers, health disclosures and indemnities, are retained for 3 years in line with UK personal injury claim time limits. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer active.
