What your group will experience.
Every pop-up is facilitated from open to close. Participants move between the sauna and the cold plunge at their own pace, guided throughout, never pushed. No experience needed. Nothing to perform.
We run rotational formats to accommodate larger groups and work around your schedule for the event.
Men-only facilitated sessions are available as a specific format for clubs, groups, or events where that is the right fit.
Requirements
Minimal requirements. Maximum impact.
Outdoor space on a reasonably flat surface. Access to water, a hose, a river, or open water nearby. No power required. No permanent installation. We bring the wood, the equipment, and everything else needed to run the session.
