NERVA Fire and Ice is available as a fully managed pop-up. Wood-fired sauna, cold water contrast, and a facilitated session for your group, wherever you are. We handle everything. You provide the space.
Sauna and contrast therapy are one of the best, most accessible and financially viable ways to improve your physical and mental health. They're just never local enough. That ends here. We come to you.
The session
Heat. Cold. Reset.
It is the session that sells out at our Hampshire base. Now it travels.
A wood-fired sauna at 100°C, ice-cold water waiting outside the door, and a host who runs the whole thing from first log to final pack down. Your people walk in unsure and walk out buzzing. We arrive, set up, deliver it, and leave your venue exactly as we found it. All you do is open the gate.

What your group will experience.
Every pop-up is facilitated from open to close. Participants move between the sauna and the cold plunge at their own pace, guided throughout, never pushed. No experience needed. Nothing to perform.
We run rotational formats to accommodate larger groups and work around your schedule for the event. Men only and women only formats are available where that is the right fit.

Pop-ups are open to everyone. Mixed gender groups, clubs, teams and events are all welcome. We also run men only or women only formats upon request.

The equipment
Built in partnership with PortaSauna.
We run our pop-ups on PortaSauna kit, the UK-made portable sauna trusted by athletes, wild swimmers, and hundreds of owners across the country. Featured by the BBC, Glamour, Condé Nast and Decathlon, and available through over 30 retailers nationwide.
The HEX is a 6 to 8 person wood-fired sauna tent that creates an authentic session anywhere we set it down. Traditional wood-fired heat, real steam, and the kind of löyly you usually only find in a permanent build.
Paired with the PortaPlunge for cold water contrast: a space-saving plunge that inflates in minutes and is chiller-compatible, so the cold stays sharp regardless of the weather.

Requirements
Minimal requirements. Maximum impact.
Outdoor space on a reasonably flat surface. Access to water, a hose, a river, or open water nearby. No power required. No permanent installation. We bring the wood, the equipment, and everything else needed to run the session.
